Rev. Steve Bainbridge
Steve Bainbridge (B.Th, M.Div.) is the lead pastor at The Mill Christian Fellowship and serves on the leadership board at the church.
Since 2003, Steve has served as a street evangelist, missionary and conference speaker, which, when scheduling allows, continues until this day. After completing his undergraduate degree majoring in theology in 2015, Steve retired from his law enforcement position to pastor a small church in Northern Ontario, where he was examined and ordained into pastoral ministry in 2016. Since the early days of ministry, his focus has been leading believers to “Behold Your God.”
Steve continues to be the primary teacher on Sunday mornings, and regardless if it is a church setting or a conference setting, the message is the same; “for a person to proclaim Christ joyfully, they must first joyfully adore him.” He aims to labour as a servant as Christ builds His church so that every believer can handle the Scriptures well. When one becomes grounded, and their understanding of the word of God increases, joy and true worship will also be healthy.
Steve and his wife, Christine, live in the Greater Toronto area and have four grown children. He is currently a student completing his DMin at The Masters Seminary. During his downtime, he enjoys quiet hikes, fishing, Premier League Football and studying military history.
