Rev. Steve Bainbridge

Steve Bainbridge (B.Th, M.Div.) is the lead teaching elder (pastor) at The Mill Christian Fellowship and serves on the leadership board at the church.

Since 2003, Steve has served as a street evangelist, missionary and conference speaker, which, when scheduling allows, continues until this day. After completing his under-grad degree majoring in theology in 2015, Steve retired from his law enforcement position to pastor a small church in Northern Ontario, where he was examined and ordained into pastoral ministry in 2016. Since the early days of ministry, the focus on his ministry has been “Behold Your God.”

Steve continues to be the primary teacher on Sunday mornings, and regardless if it is a church setting or a conference setting, the message is the same; “for a person to joyfully proclaim Christ, they must first joyfully adore him”. He aims to build the church so that every believer can handle the Scriptures well. When one becomes grounded, and their understanding of the word of God increases joy and true worship also will be healthy. Steve also runs the The Pastor’s Desk, a website dedicated to writing and responding to current events. Available on Spotify and YouTube.

Steve and his wife Christine live in the Greater Toronto area and have four grown children. During his downtime, he enjoys quiet hikes, fishing and studying military history.
